Happy Sunday Tea Readers! I know, long time no post. Lots have been going on with my life and some changes in Second Life. Not too much has been missed, Collabor88 opened on March 8th, and the theme is "A Touch of Green". It is a very lovely round.
My favorite release at the event is of course by Zaara Kohime. She has released these really cute layered blouses, Ruhi, and patchwork shorts, Mahi. Each piece is 188L, or you can buy the fatpack for 888L (888L for the blouse fatpack and 888L for the shorts fatpack). I bought the fatpacks, because I love the hand-drawn designs and patterns--it is so easy to mix and match. Ruhi and Mahi are both exclusively made to fit the Maitreya Lara Mesh Body--so demo before you buy.
The Secret Store also has a really pretty lacy tank top and lacy shorts for this round. I know the color for the round is "green", but I went for white and red. The shorts come with a hud you can use to turn on and off the lace. I bought the white shorts, and while the white lace is is there you have to look hard to see it. It's okay for me, it just adds a bit if detail. Yummy has a cute bloom jewelry set available which I thought paired well with The Secret Store's set.
Maxi Gossamer has released a really cute set called Karina Karina Daydreamer. The "stones" on the necklace and earrings are more shell-like, and there is an option to change the texture colors. I like the blue option, because it reminds me most of mother-of-pearl. For the blog I am wearing the ISON long sleeved romper, which is another Collabor88 release. I really like this mint color for the romper. It adds some green, but nothing too strong, and perfect for the freshness of spring--PLUS the Maxi Gossamer set pairs really well.
Not much to add for now, I hope to bring you more next week. Just some FYIs: Uber has another freestyle round, some nice items if you want to check it out; FaMESHed has been open since the start of the month, and there are a few cute accessories and single pieces, you should check it out as well. Again, sorry for such a long wait on a new post. I hope everyone has a happy Sunday. Hugs and Smooches Tea Readers.

Fashion Flashback- Tres Blah
Hey everyone! I haven't done a Fashion Flashback post in a while so I thought this week would be a good time! The store I want to talk about isn't from the beginning of my SecondLife, but I did discover the creator when I first found out about fashion events. Tres Blah... Simple and Classy.
I first found Tres Blah at Collabor88--if my memory is correct--Juliette Westerburg released a safari outfit which I thought was precious. The stall had the whole ensemble, boots and all. I loved it, and decided to explore Second Life in my safari gear.
After buying her outfits from Collabor88, I decided to go check out the mainstore and I fell in love with a watercolor dress. I love watercolors and paint splashes on clothes; to me it makes the clothes look more real. I bought the dress, and when my avatar was walking in it, the bottom of the skirt moved with a little bit of a swish. It is hard to explain, and if I knew how to make a gif I would post it, but I don't know how. All I can tell you is this dress is so cute and fun and awesome!
Tres Blah's style is very simple and classy. Nothing too revealing, and it does show some skin it is done with good taste. Tres Blah was one of the first mesh creators I found who had outfits and items which fit my style. Since I have been shopping events and getting my SL shopping addiction Tres Blah has been a regular name on my shopping list. I highly recommend people to check out Tres Blah's mainstore at Collabor88!

Paint, Prisms, and a Good Pu'erh
Hello Tea Readers! This past week seems to have mimicked last week in regards to hectic schedules and crazy times. I was able to relax a bit more (but I think that was with help from some wonderful bourbon chocolates and some fun company). The events I want to tackle this week is Kustom9 and The Epiphany Gacha.
Kustom9 opened last Friday, and the is only ONE thing I bought... It is a comfy looking sweater with a belt by Zenith. And the BIG reason why I bought this sweater wasn't really for the comfinese-look factor--it was for the one color option....of all the colors. I adore the rainbow color of the sweater I bought. It is fun, it goes with pretty much everything, and I just adore it. The belt comes with a color change Hud, and the sweater pairs well with some jeans I bought by Blueberry (I am really growing this brand). I have paired the sweater and jeans with some Converse Tennis shoes by FateWear, and I have also paired it with boots by Reign. I just love the color in this sweater. There are other colors, and while they do look nice....I think the rainbow colors are the BEST!
The Epiphany Gacha opened sometime last week, and I didn't even bother trying to teleport in because I knew it would be full, laggy, and kinda crazy for a while (Plus there were only a few things I was even interested in to begin with). I was really wanting some of these Avigon Familiars by Jian and a hair by Truth. While I was trying to teleport in, I was looking on the guide on Seraphim and I decided if I had the linden, I would go ahead and try a few other gachas. And I could not believe what happened when I got in. I got there right after a region restart. And the first 3 or 4 gachas I played, I got the rare first try.... WHEN AND HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?! I don't know if it was because of the region restart or what, but I was so excited. I ended up playing every gachaon my list, and again, I won the rares. Not first go for for the last few, but within a few "pulls". I was so excited. I would highly recommend for these gacha events, and any event for that matter to try to look at the Seraphim guide, and plan out how much you are willing to spend.
The amazing thing about Epiphany is you can trade you extras for points, and when you have enough points you can get an exclusive item. The exclusive item I really wanted was the Rainbow Prism Avigon by Jian. There is a perched one and a arm one. and I wanted the arm one. And what was really PERFECT about the Rainbow Prism Avigon is he matches my rainbow sweater by Zenith!!! Those items were made for each other! So adorable...I could die.
Again, I would highly recommend looking at Seraphim's shopping guide for the Epiphany, and for any event really. Plan ahead before you go!!! Let's make this week amazing!!! Hugs and Smooches!!!!!!

White Tea to Soothe the Soul
Happy Sunday everyone! It has been a long and stressful week for me crazy work issues. I had some crazy hours at work and I hardly logged on during the week. I was able to log on long enough to get some pictures and this post done! I hope you enjoy.
FaMESHed opened New Year's Day, and it took me FOREVER to teleport in! And what drove me crazy was one of my friends and my sister were able to teleport in relatively easy....at least easier than me. There is only one thing I wanted from FaMESHed--a gown by Just Because called Maya. The gown is very elegant, yet provocative at the same time. There is a deep cut in the cleavage (like really deep...like goes down to the belly button), and there is a long slit on the thigh. The broach comes with a color change hud. It took me a while to style the Maya, and the necklace I choose to pair with the dress is by Maxi Gossamer. The necklace has a long gorgeous back, so it doesn't distract in the front of the gown.
There are also come cute boots which are compatible with jeans by Reign at this round, and there is also a cute dress by NYU. I like both the boots and the dress paired together. I didn't photograph them for two reasons: (1) my favorite item is Maya, and (2) I did not have enough time to take another picture.
I hope everyone has a wonderful week this week! Stay safe and have fun! Hugs and Smooches Tea Readers~

Some English Breakfast
Happy Sunday everyone! I feel a winter chill in the air, yet it still feels like Autumn just started. This new round at Collabor88 is a perfect "warm-up" for this coming winter. The theme is Autumn Blues.
Autumn Blues makes me think of well....sadness and depression; Collabor88's Autumn Blues is everything but. Lots of cool and dark colors, but everything looks so warm and comfortable. When I went last Sunday I was cuddled up on my sofa with a thick blanket wearing an over-sized sweater. It just felt perfect. There are sweaters and scarves and boots and so much more!! Tres Blah has a fun sweater/camisole set out. In the promo picture the set is paired with shorts, but I pulled out some skinny jeans Tres Blah released not too long ago. Perfect casual attire for shopping or hanging out with friends.
Another outfit I really like is by The Secret Store. The dress is paired with a sweater and I like the attached leather belt. I went a bit different with it than I was originally planning. When I was picking out my colors, I was going to go for the sky blue cardigan, but I ended up being really drawn to the mauve color. I still went with the white dress. It took me a while to pair the outfit with the right shoes, but I made it work. Maxi Gossamer also has a few necklaces out, but the one I bought (and I think this will be my new favorite go to necklace) is a vial with some leaves and a cute chibi fox inside. I ADORE IT. Simply adore. I love foxes and this necklace is so cute. We need more pretty fox jewelry in our lives, both First and Second. Just my opinion.
Now onto my favorite buy. There is a sweater by Erratic which is exclusively for the Maitreya Lara Mesh Body...and I LOVE IT! So much. There is a lace underlay, and you can change the color of the lace or hide the lace depending on how you want to pair it. The sweater is over-sized, and I am sure you already know by now how much I love comfy sweaters. Erratic does have some packs of leggings to go with the sweater, and you get quite a few colors in a pack, but for 388L$ I could not justify buying the leggings when I have plenty other leggings I could use. Turns out I didn't end up wearing leggings with it at all; ISON released these fun boots with some sock add-ons. I think the boots with the sweater look amazing--like they were made for each other.
I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of their weekend, and a great week! Enjoy the crisp Autumn air, have some hot tea, and please take some time out and go check out Collabor88.

Earl Grey for the Muted Coven
Happy Sunday! I hope this week has been another amazing week for everyone. I was glad to have Monday off from work due to Labor Day, and I have been so ready for the weekend. I think it is time for a long vacation. Especially since kids are back in school now.
Collabor88 opened on Tuesday with the theme Muted Coven. I took the theme to mean understated/subtle witchcraft. While most of the colors are dark, they are not "Bold" dark--to me everything looks to have some sort of grey shade. Still a few other color options available (I bought a few white and blue pieces).
There were a few outfits I fell in LOVE with, like immediately just had to have. ISON has this dress/overcoat outfit where there is an option for a moving coat. The dress has a look of sophistication and the coat gives the dress some flare. But the moving tailcoat option is like...the best thing ever. Here is a short video of it moving; it is really fast in the main picture shown, but a small way down there is another video with the actual movement speed. I bought the midnight blue color because the moving of the coat made me think of ocean waves...but I had to go back for the white set as well. Love this outfit! I also bough a lace outfit by Pixicat. I am a sucker for lacy, so when I saw this skirt with the lace overlay. The top is cute as well, kinda like a bralette.
I also fell for a dress by MBirdie. Very tight fitted, and the triangle cutout in the breast area adds so much. I saw the ad for the dress and I did a bad thing, I bought without trying the demo. BUT it worked out and the dress fits perfectly. I have a few MBirdie pieces which require lots of editing of my shape in order to fit properly, but this dress fits so well. And while I was putting the outfit together I had to teleport back to the event (after it taking me an hour to get there...and the lag was HORRIBLE) and purchase a coat/cloak from Schandenfreude. I decided the whole ensemble reminds me of a Hogwarts professor. AND the dress looks good with the ISON overcoat as well! Big plus.
Foxy also as a cute dress and hat outfit. Makes witchcraft look more modern and updated. And the hat fits with the Exile hairs at the event pretty well. Only minor adjustments to make them fit. On a bit of a side note...I hate editing hats. I love fancy hats, but editing always kills me. I make the hat too small, too lopsided, not enough tilt, not the same size. I am just horrible. All I had to do with this hat was move a small bit and do a small little rotation. Then Viola! Perfect look.
Enough of my crazy shopping addiction for now. I hope you get a chance to take a look at Collabor88 this month; its a wonderful round. Enjoy the rest of your week. Don't forget to take some time for yourself. Have a cuppa and stay safe!

Lavender Tea for Pleasant Daydreams
Happy Sunday Tea Readers! I hope this week has been awesome for all, and your weekend has been a long joyful one. I only have today off, then back to the crazy work week tomorrow. Time sure does fly when you are having fun... or working.
Collabor88's Fourth Birthday is this month, and for the birthday round the theme is.... DREAMER! Lots of light colors, and very whimsical designs. I tried to be more responsible with my linden, as I have been trying to do lately while out shopping, and as usual Collabor88 just brings out the shopaholic in me. I think we all consider ourselves dreamers. I know I am a HUGE dreamer; whether it be fanciful or practical my mind never ceases to wander at certain moments. And who doesn't like a good daydream?
First, my FAVORITE item at the event is by Pixicat. The dress is a cute poof of a dress, and there are lots of color options available. My favorite (I am guessing it is everyone's favorite, because I have seen LOTS of people wearing these prints) are her animated cosmic and sky prints. Oh. My. Goodness. So mesmerizing. The cloud print--you guessed it--has clouds all over it. The sheer overlay is animated so there are clouds floating "around" on the skirt. Now it isn't like a cloud add-on. It is an actual print... And I know my pictures don't do it justice, but just look at this plurk! The video is of the cosmic print, and I just love both dresses. Both animated prints are 288L$ instead of 188L$ for the regular colors, but are so worth it. I can not say enough about these dresses. AND the dresses are mesh body compatible. AWESOMESAUCE~
ISON has a really pretty formal gown at Collabor88, called the Orchid Gown. Very pretty, and again, very formal. It would make a nice dress for a wedding, a ball, or hell to go shopping in. I don't judge (I have been known to go grocery shopping in cocktail attire just for a bit of a pick me up). I like the orchids on the bodice of the dress--it adds a fanciful feel to the gown. It comes in a few solid colors and a few ombre colors. I bought the blue ombre, and it goes so well with one of the new hairs by Truth. I just really liked putting this dress together.
There are some other items I felt compelled to purchase due to the wow factor and the price was oh so right. D!va has partnered with Bauhaus Movement on two hairs. Bauhaus movement did this cute antler/floral headband (which using the included hud you can resize and turn on/off). I bought "Ride with the Sun" because.....of reasons. Also Foxes (Birdy Foxes) has some cute lingerie items. I bought the bra-panty set and nightie of the cosmic print because of my cosmic feels for the event. Also Junbug has an evening gown which to me seems very Modern Fae. It appears to almost be a mermaid cut and then the bottom of the dress just spreads out and appears to be a fluffy cloud. Really cute. Tres Blah also has a cute styled dress. Well, there are two styles of dress for Tres Blah at the event; I only bought the turtle-neck flower collared dress. There is another dress which reminds me of a school girl....and I didn't like it. For some reason it reminded me of a peppy Wednesday from the Adam's Family. Maxi Gossamer has a gorgeous, and I do mean GORGEOUS, necklace at the event and it is a dream orb. It comes in two different tones, and the two tones come in two different lengths! You can color change the orb to match whatever outfit you have on or add it to an outfit which has been missing a little "umph" as my dad used to say. I thought the necklaces when great with the Pixicat dresses.
The layout of Collabor88 is the same...but different--it looks really dreamy. I recommend looking up at the sky! Very magical. It is the same structure as last year's birthday round, and double the designers/creators of a normal round. Lots and LOTS of guest designers. Only two stalls have gifts out for the event. Milk Motion and Moon Amore. Milk Motion's is just a mesh belt to go with their outfit. Moon Amore's gift are a bunch a bunch of balloon's with butterflies in them! It matches their dress and it can be worn on with something else. Super cute.
Well, I think I may have overloaded everyone with the awesomeness that is Collabor88 this month. Please go check it out. It should be much easier to get into now since it has been open for over a week. Much love! Hugs and Smooches my Tea Readers~

Mermaids Must Have a Kelp-y Brew
Happy Sunday my Tea Readers! This past week has been crazy busy again for me. On a positive note, I didn't work yesterday. I like working on Saturdays because it is quiet and I get a lot of work done. However, it stinks having only a day off ,then going back to work on Monday. Good news, I still have done a lot this past week, including getting this week's post done.~
Okay, this summer's theme is appearing to be mermaids, because mermaids is the theme for Collabor88, Season's Story's backdrop is some mermaid ruins, and later this summer Enchantment will start and the story theme is The Little Mermaid. So yea, this summer is very "under the sea". As a marine biologist I adore the sea and all sea-life. If I could have one wish it would be to become a mermaid. I just love the idea of swimming around all day, looking at all the life under the water and playing with fish and cetaceans, even some of the perils of underwater life don't really phase me. I think I would make an awesome mermaid.
When I saw the theme for Collabor88 last month was chosen for "Under the Sea", I was immediately excited(like when they picked the "Into the Light" and "OMG! Unicorns"). Lots of light blues and purples for this event, and LOTS and LOTS of mermaid stuff--from sea shells to fish scales! I bought the blue ombre tank top by ISON with matching silver fish scale leggings--it is one of the more conservative looks from the event. Baiastice has a really pretty evening gown at the event, and a cute shell bra which is compatible with the dress. Foxes has two dress at the event and I had to be different and buy the blue/purple dress because it just looks so good! My favorite dress buy from the event has to be by Fashionably Dead. This blue dress is a high-lo and has "scales". When I went to the Hair Fair last Saturday evening this tentacled hair by Ohmai looks perfect with it(at least to me it does).
The Hair Fair is an annual event which doubles as a fundraiser for "Wigs for Kids". Each vendor has a certain percentage of their profits going towards the "Wigs for Kids" charity. The event opened last Saturday, and this year I went to the event so prepared! I don't think I have EVER planned out my shopping this intense before. I did all my normal research, Strawberry Singh was kind enough in one of her blog posts to link the Eloquence Blog which has pictures, prices, and locations for each vendor. So what did I do Saturday morning when I had a break at work? I looked at the hairs, and wrote the vendors and the locations for all the hairs I wanted. When I eventually logged on to Second Life in the evening I teleported into the Blonde Sim, and did area searches for all the hairs on my "Blonde" list. I did the same for Brunette, Redhead, and Noirette. I didn't teleport to the other sims, I tried to walk or fly into the other sims. Thanks to whoever made the decision to allow fly! It helped with getting around and fighting lag. I was vastly surprised when I only spend about an hour (maybe a bit longer, but definitely not an hour and a half) getting into the event and doing all my shopping. Last year when I went I was at the Hair Fair for 2+ hours, which lead me to prepare and plan everything.
Season's Story opened last Friday, and I didn't get as buy crazy as I did at the other events. The sim is gorgeous, it all looks like mermaid ruins, and who doesn't like to shop and fun places? I spent a bit of linden "playing" the Zenith gacha. I really wanted a bodysuit/swimsuit which is the rare item. I also played another gacha by SWaGGa for some flippers. I recently bought a wet suit by Meli Imako and the flippers match so well!! Now I can go snorkeling and adventuring underwater in Second Life while not being a mermaid... Who am I kidding, I will still be a mermaid~ I didn't really buy much else at Season's Story. I think after this past weekend I am all shopped out.
Long post for today. There are lots of other great items at Season's Story, but nothing really big that I felt I needed to share. I will be sure to put more items and such from these events in upcoming posts. Happy Sunday everyone! Enjoy your cuppa and the rest of your weekend.

Make Your Own Blend
Happy Sunday! This week has been another crazy busy one for me. Today is my only day off, then back to the long work week. Not big on working so much, but the money....sweet, sweet money. Okay, on with the post~~
There is this new event that started on the first of the month, and I believe it is going to be a monthly event. The Mix is really unique--you have a list of stores which have an item (or items) out special for the event. The item is either a sale (discounted previous store release), new (brand new release for the store), or an exclusive (an item, new or previous release, in special colors out for the event). What is really cool, is for the tons of stores who participate, you don't need a landmark. Everything is listed and used via a special HUD. The HUD is color coded with the list of stores and help show who has a sale, new, or exclusive item. You click the store you want to go to and then you can teleport. No landmark, just BAM the map pops up and you can just click teleport. It's so cool!
I ended up only buying a few things. I bought shoes from Fri.day, a necklace by CAE, and a Summer jewelry set from Maxi Gossamer. I really do enjoy Maxi Gossamer Jewelry. Whenever Maxi does a new release more often than not I purchase it. Her pieces fit whatever the theme is and yet remain versatile enough to be easily paired with other outfits. The summer set she has, are all previous releases, and at a low, low price of 699L for the bundle. Great deal for all those pieces. I was inspired by her flip-book/advertising photo by Strawberry Singh and paired all the pieces with a top I bought at FaMEHSed. The top is fun and very summery.
FaMESHed is very ready for summer. There are several swimsuits and swimsuit covers. Maxi Gossamer also has a summer hat at the event. I ended up buying some sarongs by Rebel Hope and a hat by Maxi. I, surprisingly, didn't buy the dress by Zenith this round. I didn't like the way the bra looked on my avatar. I don't know...the demo looked odd on me (looks great on Earth though). There is also a dress by Valentina called Debutante. I don't really like the cut of the dress, but Earth really liked it. And to be honest, it does look really sophisticated on her.
One event I hardly cover, but go to every month, is The Chapter Four. Usually I only ever buy a skin set by Glam Affair or some random shirt or skirt or accessory, which sits in my inventory until I can pair it with something. This month there are a LOT of outfits which I was able to put together (I may have cheated a lot, because the outfits are all partially put together... Don't judge). My favorites are by COCO and Ionic. COCO has a cute sheer crop-top shirt and matching skirt. It is more modern of a look on me, but I have made it a bit softer by having a simple curly hair paired with it. The dress by Ionic has an attached cardigan sweater; it is really cute and the prints are simple and add a small bit of flare.
Season's Story opened on Friday and Collabor88 opened on Wednesday, but this week's post is already long. I will post more next week about Season's Story and Collabor88. I hope you all enjoy your Sunday cuppa and have a wonderful week~ Hugs and Smooches.
Huge THANK YOU to Earth for letting me use her new home (Glam Affair's item for The Mix!) as the location for some of the photos and for posing with me in her new outfit from this month's FaMESHed! HUGGLES~~~~

Feni for Summer Parties
Yay for Sundays! This week has been long and fun; I am finally ready to start enjoying my Summer. Even though I still have to work and have no time-off scheduled, I am ready to soak up some sun and to spend my time in the water with fun cocktails and beverages. I hope everyone had a good week--now to this week's post.
The Arcade opened on Monday and of course I couldn't get through, even with my LetMeIn Hud. Tuesday evening I tried again and I got in after an hour! First thing I did was go to the Zaara gacha and I stayed there until I won at least one of every single item. That took a lot of time and a LOT of Linden, but oh so worth it. Her past gachas have been household items and such, but this time her theme is Goa, which is a state in India, and has a good mix of household and wearable items. Goa is very free-spirited and kind of a Hippie place. So, of course, all of Zaara's items are colorful and a bit trippy--I kinda like it. I love the pants and the bikini she has in the gacha as well as all the jewelry and accessories. The bikini is a rare(and has a color change hud included), and so is the beach shack build. There are about 8 different colors of the pants, and all the accessories are good quality. The outfit I have put together looks perfect with one of the hairstyles from Truth located at The Arcade. The hibiscus flower included in the hair adds the perfect touch.
I, of course, played other gachas at The Arcade; Erratic had a Lazy Days gacha and seeing how I love lazy Sundays I had to play it. The negligee Alice is a rare and comes with a color change hud. It is very sexy, very pretty, and very lazy(ish). I was able to wear it without an alpha; it fits so well. Also {anc}LTD's gacha has peacock pets and of course I had to play for them! I adore peacocks, so to have some peacock pets/familiars, it is just one of the best thing ever. PLUS, at my mom and dad's house a man down the way has pet peacocks and we can hear them calling at sunrise and sunset whenever we are outside. And mentioning pets/familiars, +Half-Deer+ has a dragon familiar gacha and they are super adorable. They have mermaid-like tails (which match the other gacha by +Half-Deer+ at the event) and come in cute colors. There are two secret colors, one looks gold/white and the other looks like a starry-sky. They are super cute and I don't think any color is better then the next, so you can play multiple times, or just play once.
FaMESHed opened as well on Monday and I didn't get too crazy with my shopping there as I normally do(I only really liked a few of the items). Glam Affair has a cute dress and cardigan set, all together costs about 450L$. I thought it looked really cute with some wedges I got at The Arcade and the other hair by Truth from this round of the Arcade. All together with a jewelry set my Maxi Gossamer, which is also at FaMESHed, reminds me of a girl from the 1940s or 1950s. The whole look is just very vintage, fun, and summery.
So for The Arcade, I recommend getting a LetMeIn Hud to help teleport you into the event, and for FaMESHed just enjoy a nice leisurely shopping experience. It should get easier to get into The Arcade after next Monday and until the event ends at the end of the month. Please take some time to go check both these rounds out. Hugs and Smooches~
I know I normally don't post where I take my pictures at, but I recently was shown around by a friend the redone sim that is home to a dance club called Lestastic; the ground part is all beachy and fun and so awesome for those of us ready for summer (or to us bloggers wanting fun beach pictures). Lestastic is a Lesbian club and is open to women(female avatars) every day and to everyone on Fridays.

Maharaja Chai and a Berry Scone
Happy Sunday everyone! I hope this past week has been wonderful for all of you. I know it was rough for me. Turns out I had the stomach flu and a sinus infection. Despite my sickness, I still was able to enjoy my shopping, and lets just say... I have really enjoyed this past week.
Shiny Shabby opened last week and let me just say....flowers! Lots of floral prints and garden items. Everyone is trying to jump into spring and prepare for the fun summer. I bought some jewelry sets by Aphorism, some rings by ieQED, and a dress by GizzA. I didn't end up buying the dress from Zenith. I tried the demo and the skirt didn't look flattering on my shape. Fun round, and there are some cute shoes as well, so go check it out. There is something there for everyone.
Now onto my favorite thing since Collabor88 opened a few weeks ago...UBER! The theme this round is Spice, and let me tell you it reminds me of Bollywood and India and is just my dream. This month is looking to be my month for rounds. Collabor88 is Into the Light, and is all with my favorite color schemes. Uber is Spice and has my style and pieces of my soul. I just.... Love it. All the Hairs are awesome. Truth's is fun--it is a long side braid. Moon has a pretty LONG (like really long) hair. Olive has a LONG (again, like really long) hair. And Little Bones has a hair that is long and one comes with a head-scarf option and it is just fun. I bought a lot of hairs this round.
I bought a ton of jewelry and outfits, but I am only going to mention of few of them for this post. If I listed all the outfits and jewelry pieces I bought this would turn into a monstrously long post. I really like the Couture Saree by Nylon Outfitters. It is partial mesh with system layers/applier layers. She also has silk shirts and leggings, all in fun prints and colors. Seul has a fun cropped shirt/skirt combo which is very fun. The skirt is high-low and very long in the back; I love it. Maxi Gossamer has a fun jewelry set. The set has a slight discount for the event, so when it goes up in her mainstore the price will increase. The best thing about the Maxi Gossamer set is you can change the colors of the jewels and the metals! So this is a great set to go with practically any outfit. Also...Zaara is at this round! And she has released something for the men this time. A very handsome suit and turban. I ended up buying a turban for myself. I think I will pair it with a dress or something. One of Glam Affair's vendor pictures inspired me. Anyway Zaara's male suit is very dashing and every gentleman needs one, and every lady needs to make sure her man buys one. Love this suit.
So this round of Uber is amazing--you need to go. Shiny Shabby is also very fun and relaxing. You also need to go. I hope you all have a wonderful week this week. Let's all just bask in the awesomeness of the creators/designers at these events. Thank you!

Happy One Year~
Happy Thursday everyone! Today is Sunday Tea and Fashion's One Year Anniversary. A year ago today I started this blog to give my Second Life more meaning than just going out and dressing up my avatar. And you know what, I can't even imagine my Second Life without blogging.
So for this post I just wanted to thank all my Tea Readers for sticking with me this long and I hope you keep coming back to read more! I wouldn't be able to keep doing this without you. Since I am so excited about this milestone I just passed, I wanted to give a bit more back to my readers. I will be giving away ONE present filled with gift cards: 500L$ for Truth Hair, 600L$ for Maxi Gossamer Jewelry, and 900L$ to Gos Shoe Boutique (total of 2000L$ for accessories to help you complete that one outfit you don't know how to pair or just help build up your accessories). To enter to win all you have to do is put your Second Life Username in the comments below and tell me your favorite post from this past year. On Sunday, May 10th, in the afternoon, I will put all the names into a random list site and from there the site will pick the winner. I will message the winner Inworld via notecard. After I get in contact with the winner, I will send the package containing the giftcards. Yay!
Good Luck everyone! And thank you for reading my blog! Much love. Hugs and Smooches~~

A Killer Blend on a Moonless Night
Happy Sunday everyone! As you all know I am on vacation this week and won't be back home until next Sunday. So hopefully, as you read this post I will be sitting on a dock fishing, reading, and drinking some iced tea.
This month's theme for Collabor88 is Moonless Night, I thought it would be a Romantic and Mysterious round...more Mysterious than anything. What do we all do when the Sun is down and the Moon is hidden? What do you do when the stars are your only witnesses? Personally, I don't have anything to hide (at least I think I don't, I am a pretty open book). I was really surprised with what everyone came up with for the theme. Apparently Moonless Night can be more interpreted as a theme towards the old TV show Twin Peaks. I am not familiar with Twin Peaks at all, so I had to do some light research into it. Basic overview, Murder happens in the small mountain town of Twin Peaks, Washington. Sexy FBI guy (same actor as Charlotte's ex-husband Trey from Sex in the City) comes to town to solve the murder. That sums up what I got from my research. So a few of the items and references made with the items I unfortunately don't understand. I was thinking it was going to be more towards romance, murder, and just plain mystery. But I guess Twin Peaks encompasses that...just not what I was expecting. I wish I got the references and hype on it.
Overall, quite a few Twin Peaks references with the outfits. Like Nylon Outfitters/Yummy has some Letterman Jackets and accessories with references to the show. There is a pretty Angora sweater by Tres Blah this round--there is a pencil skirt you can buy to go with it, but I wasn't a fan of the skirt. I also bought a denim skirt by Bueno, and both sweater and skirt do go well together. I also bought the outfit by ISON for this round. The dress has leather straps around the waist and arms, and it does remind me of a gun holster law enforcement would use. I also bought lots of shoes at this event. I couldn't help myself. And I normally don't fall for shoes in Second Life--Real Life is a whole different story.
Compared to last week, this post is super short. I hope you all have enjoyed this week's post. I promise to spare a moment and think of you while I am soaking up some Vitamin D. Earth will have a Fashion Flashback for you lovelies next Sunday for the day I get back. I have a feeling it is going to be a very wonderful post. Lots of Hugs and Smooches~

Wearing Lace and Drinking Tea
Happy Sunday everyone. I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day and, you were able to get to the Love Is In the Air Fair and With Love Fair. This past week The Liaison Collaborative, Kustom9, and Genre opened.
The Liaison Collaborative's theme is Lace and Leather, and I really do love all the lace accents and outfits this round. I am a huge fan of lace. Lumiere has a lace dress with shear lace sleeves and the overall style and cut of the dress is so elegant. I had to buy it as soon as I saw it. Also EarthStones has a bracelet cuff that is metal and leather--there is a pattern in the cuff that is reminiscent of lace. I had to buy the cuffs as well. Zenith also has rings and clutches at TLC, I didn't buy the rings because I thought they were too gaudy, but the leather clutches are cute and simple. Also, Wicked Peach has a sexy mask (it comes in a tattoo layer) called "lace mask"... It is really sexy and adds a bit of elegance and mystery to any lingerie or outfit you may have. I had to buy it when I saw it.
Kustom9 opened on Sunday and there are LOTS of separate pieces available again this round. I did buy a dress and necklace combo by Zenith. It is floor length and sweater material. The necklace is a dream catcher and the combo is so relaxed and dreamy. The arms in the dress are at the sides in pockets, so no arm movement with this dress; it still looks really well with my AO and I think if you don't have an exaggerated body movements with your AO (bending over, dramatic leg kicks, and such) you should be fine.
Genre's theme this month is The Dark Arts, so very witchy (like Wiccan) and somewhat mystical. I didn't end up buying anything there...at least not yet. I did see a few outfits I could use for my Anti Avatar, so I will definitely be checking back later. Just a quick FYI if you are a Harry Potter fan, I am a HUGE fan, there is a dress by Whimey for the event. It is called Nagini, and it is a simple sleeveless dress with a snake wrapping around the bodice. I liked it, but then Nagini's character in the book always freaked me out. One thing the creator did that was very funny/disturbing to me is the colors for the dress are in the House colors.... Funny, but a bit disturbing...
As you all know, each round is good till the last drop. So take the landmarks and get your shop on, whether it is window-shopping or doing a good bit of damage to your wallet. Hugs and Smooches~
